I stayed two nights at the resort and would have loved to stay more if I had the time. I took the Tavewa Seabus from Lautoka, which only took 2.5-3 hours rather than the 5 on the Yasawa Flyer. I stayed in a bure, which was nice with a large fan and hot water shower. The food was great and nightly shows fun. I enjoyed the morning snorkel as well as the Blue Lagoon and cave snorkels. The staff are all amazing- friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this hotel! The only downside was the limited wifi, which is inconsistently available to use.

We stayed for 8 nights here (staying one night extra than we had originally planned). We wanted to just relax after lots of travelling around beforehand. We snorkelled (great reefs and fish), kayaked and visited blue lagoon island where we did some more great snorkelling. We also really liked the snorkelling at Savuti beach (which you can get to in low tide) which is only 25 minutes from the resort.
The food at the resort was really good with big portions and lots of choice. Compliments to the chef! Perhaps more desert choices would have been good but we do have a sweet tooth!
We stayed in a private bure/bungalow which was clean and serviced at least twice during our stay.
It was all good value for money and very cheap compared to the island hopping experience. It was also one of the only resorts we found where you didn't have to buy a meal plan which seems to cost more at the other resorts. But I guess it depends what you want from Fiji. We were happy to just base ourselves in one place and then visit some of the surrounding areas.
The resort has a lovely family feel to it. The staff are some of the friendliest people we have met during our 10 weeks of travelling. They are so hospitable and remembering your name is a nice touch.
It is a quiet resort I would say and from speaking with some of the other travellers, quieter than some of the others. But that's what we liked. I think this resort suits couples, older people and families. Don't expect a "backpacker" vibe as it's not that kind of place.
They moved us to another bure after two nights because of a problem with our hot water. The electricity also went once. But we really didn't mind and the reason we are mentioning it is so that others can expect that this may happen. It is an island after all! They did everything they could to make us comfortable.
Special thanks to Nina behind the bar/waitress and Charlie who were just lovely and made our time there particularly enjoyable. We also really liked meeting the elderly man who seems to live there and who gave us some good advice about the Mosquitos!
Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We will truly remember our time at your great resort. Lucy and Sam x

My husband and I stayed for 9 nights.
Our bure was clean and spacious. The food was great. The staff were amazing, they greeted us warmly and went out of there way to help us.
Plenty of activities e.g. kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, fish feeding, cave trip, sunset cruise.
We had an awesome time.

We are family of four and visited in September 2017. It was an absolutely memorable experience. Was a shoulder season so only two more guest couples and pretty much entire resort for ourselves.

Price: Reasonable considering we were 70k from the mainland. We looked at other resorts and they were costing lot more.

Bure: Smallish but nice ocean views from Verandah. Garden was well maintained.

Bar and Restaurant: reasonably priced meals with 15-25 FJD mains, 5-8FJD beers etc. Options are limited, understandably.

Attractions: Small reef right in front of the resort with giant clams. Bigger and colourful reef on the other side of the island. Can walk or kayak to it. Blue Lagoon beach was a small boat ride away and so was Turtle island. Caves was a nice experience.

Service: fantastic with friendly staff who never seizes smiling and singing. Morgan, the tour and adventure guide is fantastic with lot of local knowledge.
