WHEELCHAIR ACCESS - YES
First appeared five or so years ago. Located less than a kilometre north of Jõgeva’s urban limit, in the fork of land between the 39 (Tartu-Jõgeva-Aravete road) and 32 (Jõgeva-Põltsamaa road). The tavern faces the 39 but is accessible from both roads.
Bearing in mind (i) the traffic police like to loiter, speed cameras in hand, in the dead-ground of the 39 as it passes through Jõgeva’s urban limits and (ii) Estonia has a 0% alcohol drink-drive policy, I do wonder if the license to sell alcohol is at all profitable.
Amenities include a small private dining room, a bar and public dining room and deck seating.
The kitchen produces standard Estonian fare at reasonable prices.
