Allow plenty of time to enjoy this outstanding restaurant. Warm welcome. We were there for dinner. Choice of menus. We chose The Tasting Menu which was a really great choice. We sampled scallop, Crail crab, Orkney langoustine, Duck egg in a potatoe crust, smoked shoulder of lamb, warm Strathearn cheese and roast plum with plum sorbet. All dishes were garnished and presented beautifully. A full explanation of each course was given by the very knowledgeable and thoughtful staff. Would recommend for that special occasson.
