My parents are hardworking people who appreciate good food and more importantly good service.
After a recent visit to Vaughans they were shocked to be served raw duck that was not edible. They didn't request rare duck.
They brought the floor managers attention to the duck and they were given the option to put the duck back to cook further.
As they already had been waiting an hour since giving their order they could not wait any longer due to having a farm to return to.
However the worst part of this experience was they were billed for the duck and my mother paid as she was in shock.
When she contacted the manager that night she was told she would contact her the next day to discuss further after speaking to the chef.
She has not received a call three weeks later.
I don't write this lightly but on behalf of my parents I felt the need to as they were so badly treated and deserved better!!!
