We booked iin for a week, the first house they have us was filty, pictures attached, dead flies on the windows, dirty bed sheets, tooth paste on the sink, skirting board hanging off with nails exposed and very musty smell, definitely had not been recently cleaned. Very upset. Went to reception and they offered housekeeping housekeeping clean it... which would not be good enough. 2ndnhouse they offered was only 2 bed, when we paid and needed a 3 bed, 3rd house was not clean but definitely not a dirty as the 1st. And kids were getting tired so we decided to stay. We were told they were fully booked and that's all they had.... the place was a ghost town- definitely not booked out. After unpacking we went went the garden and discovered an exposed man hole big and deep enough enough swallow both our children, they'd have been killed before we'd have reached them. As this stage we just locked the door and didn't open it all week... we didn't stay the full week as the bar/restaurant was closed have the week. The whole experience was extremely disappointing, alot of money paid for a shabby house in an unkempt shabby resort. Don't waste your hard earned money or precious time. Banna beach, the beach itself is lovely bit a good 15 minute walk from the resort.. also misleading!!!

Location is perfect close to the beach an ideal base for travelling to other parts of kerry. My gripe would be the house . The furniture in ours was torn and tatty and patched up with tape. The oven smelled very bad needed a clean. Floors were dirty when we arrived.overall enjoyed our stay very quite at night and lovely staff. Get new furniture and clean better

Wasnt staying in the resort, but went to O Sheas for the live music and a beer. Was great to finally see live music again, credit to the staff, they were very attentive, even though it was busy, they were well on top of service. Would recommend giving it a try for yourself

What a fantastic resort to visit. The resort itself is fully stocked with friendly staff at every port of call . My children done the summer camp at banna resort and the leaders there go above and beyond for the kids ,I can’t praise and thank them enough. The ladies on reception are equally as lovely and have gone out of there way to accommodate my family, the resort is not only packed full of adventure for the whole family but to also be surrounded by friendly , professional staff is a bonus. Thanks again for everything and 💯 will be back …yours thankfully Noelle o shea and family.

Room tip: Bring plenty of energy 😊

On arrival we were surprised looked clean and spacious ,we unpacked and walk Round .
We have mixed opinions on the holiday park
Accommodation
pro
Lots of space
Washing machine
Nice clean beds and linen
Cons
Could do with deep clean vents and windows
Shower and bath large amounts of line build up
Satellite box and TV needed to be returned
Plastic caps on septic pipes in garden smashed

Pool is great clean and big enough what we needed , the bar was nice on relaxing, the food was not the best we had burger and steak sambo no seasoning and tasted like was cooked way before and hot held , desserts awfull we had 2 apple crumbles and they seamed to be bought in traybakes micowaved mush , when we were checked told them as we had 1 mouth full and left them ,we were still charged.

Over all was just OK 👌 not sure if we would return.
