Reading previous reviews I think I must have stayed in a different place! I understand that /mattresses are personal firm/soft etc but ours was very hard and uncomfortable. The noise from the traffic on the main road commenced @ approx. 4.30 am and it was impossible to get sleep. The mirror on the wall in the bedroom was covered in streaky dirty marks making it impossible to use / apply make up etc. The frames around the window/terrace door was covered in cobwebs/ dirty marks. I am of the believe that the room at the top that we were allocated must have been an attic type conversion at some point in time. The walls were partition type/paper thin so much so that even before the traffic noise started @ 4.30 am it was impossible to sleep due to the SNORING of the guest in the adjacent room. Not a pleasant experience. When we arrived down to the reception area next morning we were ignored by the lady behind the desk --it was only when we said GOOD MORNING did we get an acknowledgement. We were not asked if we enjoyed our stay/ was everything ok etc. Customer relations were non existent. When we entered the area where Breakfast was being served I had to remove the seat pad from the dining chair as it was covered in stains and unacceptable to sit on. I checked out other chairs but they all seemed to be soiled hence, I just sat on the chair without a pad. If that wasn't bad enough one of the ladies serving breakfast ( and I have to add the breakfast staff were very friendly) dropped a piece of cutlery on the floor and instead of returning it to the kitchen for STERILISATION just wiped it with a Tea Towel and returned it to the table --needless to say I did not order any breakfast as one has to assume this was the normal hygiene standards. I also feel the rate we paid at 65 euro was very expensive for what was on offer, The following night we stayed in a 4 * Hotel in Chepstow for 65 stg. The two were world's apart and I would award it with 5 * and not the 4* it was credited with.

Room Tip: Choose another place to stay.

We stayed at Coral Gables for one night to be close to Rosslare for early morning ferry.
The staff were friendly and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our hosts arranged for us to have breakfast early so we could be at the ferry port in time for boarding. Rosalie Harbour is about 10 minutes down the road. There is a hotel and chinese restaurant across the road from the hotel. The wi-fi, free parking and shower were excellent.
Would stay here again for an overnight stop on way to ferry and would recommend to friends and family for the same thing.

We hade a quick one night stay on our return from Dublin prior to our 8am ferry. Easy to find just off the N25 and 5 minutes drive from the ferry terminal.

We advised earlier that we wouldn't arrive until after 11pm, which was no problem, and Paul was there to greet us. Breakfast orders were taken as we were having breakfast at 6.30am. We settled in for the night in a very comfortable bed - the family room is very spacious with two separate bedrooms, with a full single bed and a floor mattress for the children, although a separate fold down camp bed was also available.

Breakfast was great - sometimes eating that early is an issue, but it was very well cooked and we left with 4 clear plates. Plenty of fruit, cereal and yoghurt options also available.

A great stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Many thanks!

Stayed for one night as it was close to Rosslare docks. The staff on arrival were very friendly, but seemed a little inexperienced. We were shown into room 6 which was just behind the reception. It had some one else's bag and personal belongings which were removed when we commented on them. Although newly renovated with new ensuite, it was tastefully done but it wasn't finished and there was nowhere to hang a coat, or clothes. The noise from people walking around in the room above was quite annoying. However, the worst part was that we were woken a couple of times by people checking in. It was as though we were sleeping in the reception. Most of our room was in fact in the reception area with just a stud wall between us as the arriving guests.
The price was reasonable and the breakfast was very good and provided at 7am. If you choose stay here I suggest you avoid room 6 (which is a double) and also that you consider the people who may be sleeping in this room.
