Dropped by with a group of eight and enjoyed a fixed price dinner, the view of the bay, and the hotel setting.

We were not staying at the resort but called and booked a table earlier that day. We were informed it will be an a la carte menu and smart dress.
We arrived early at the resort hoping to have a drink in the bar before dinner. The security guard was pleasant and helpful with directions, the receptionist (Zoe) was polite and welcomed us. Unfortunately after that the staff were unhelpful, boarder line rude. In particular Everton, he grunted and hissed to indicate we had to move our car. We were made to feel very unwelcome in the bar. The resort guests took over as well as the extremely intoxicated loud visiting yacht guests, but we managed to find a quieter seat outside. Despite what we had been told, the dress code was very casual. Some were in beachwear and flip flops.
Our table was booked for 7pm (restaurant opens at 6:30pm) we were waiting to be shown to our seats but three resort guests pushed in front chatting to the host who showed them to their normal table first.
The setting is pretty but more light would be helpful (using your phone light to read the menu ruins the atmosphere).
The menu was very strange and not at all high end as described, a miss match of cuisine. The food served was reheated frozen and tasteless. It was extremely disappointing. The wine was warmer than the food. Our waiter Chris seemed interested when we first arrived but by our main course we were totally forgotten about, we had to ask for our plates to be taken away and for more water and drinks. The desserts were not edible. From the menu we had, starters - spring roll and chicken strips. Mains - lamb shank and duck. Dessert - cheesecake and mud pie.
We asked for the bill and paid by card, but found it very uncomfortable that our card was taken away out of sight for longer than 10 minutes. Eventually we left the table to look for the card, again Everton not saying a word used hand signals to point at the reception indicating our card was there.

It was a very disappointing evening and would not recommend to anyone. We are in shock and found the whole experience surreal. The total of our bill was $155 USD

The whole menu was really delicious, chief Mr. Husband known for his culinary expertise and I think simply the best. We stayed there for Thanksgiving Day - he prepared turkey so good that we couldn't stop eating. As far wines just chose any, most of them were included with your meal package.
