We thoroughly enjoyed this resort. Stayed for 4 days with our teenagers in a beach front bungalow. Best location steps from the beach. The room comes with its own beach front patio, lounge chairs on the sand under coconut trees, and a clothes drying rack. Keep your door open and you hear the ocean waves all day long. Absolutely lovely. Restaurant is beach front too, food was just average but view is wonderful. Pool is one level up and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was more than sufficient, western & eastern cuisines. Coffee not the greatest. Front desk staff were all very accommodating, some went over and beyond to help us with car service, bus tickets, and laundry service. Really a beautiful property tucked away down a small alley from the main street. Excellent location from numerous restaurants (all cuisines), night market (just less than a mile walk), and great beach.

We stayed here for 14 nights. I cannot say if it was price worthy as we had bought a charter package.

The breakfast was good. The room we had, in a bungalow (not separate but with other rooms on each side), was large enough, with a small terrace we often used. The surrounding garden was nice, and a lot of people worked in it daily (but I think that amount if work should rather be spent on cleaning the beach, the buildings or the rooms).

But there were things less good. Our air condition was bad, so they tried to fix it by cleaning some filter. That made it better, but as there probably was no cooling agent, it was just like a fan, that had to be turned on on maximum, with lots of noise, the whole night (as the temperature never was lowered enough to turn off). I don’t think that us ok for a 3-star hotel.

The towels were changed every day (although they were extremely worn out), and the sheets were changed each 2 or 3 days. With no A/C that is a must.

There was tea and coffee and a kettle. Good. But they only changed the cups once, and the glasses in the bathroom were not changed at all.

The shower was good enough.

The room cleaning was minimalistic, just the most necessary. And it scheduled your mornings: they would knock heavily at the door and shout ”house keeping” at 8 o’ clock, or 8.30, or 7.30.... I know Vietnamese people are said to be ”early birds”, but we are guests on holiday?!

The pool was warm and I avoided swimming in it, but there were sunchairs and towels to borrow. The older man that was in charge of the pool was so conscious about his work.

We was here in 5 days and it was a Nice visit.
The staff is very Nice and every morning they asked if we were okay and if there was anything they could do for us.
The breakfast is the same every morning and you Can get eggs loke you want and pandcakes.
They picked US op at the airport even when we were delayed.
All in all a good visit.

Great Long Beach central location. Easy to walk to restaurants or even night market(about 1mile). Only minor complaint was the very limited selection of western breakfast options. Staff English was mixed, but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend staying here.

We had a room stepping directly onto the beach, perfect! Beach lounges were set up for you under nice shady trees!
Staff were beautiful, very friendly and helpful!
Beach bar perfect for watching most amazing sunset!
All-in-all a very good hotel but a little over priced but I guess you pay to be so close to the beach!

Room Tip: Beach view room
