Owner description: Welcome to la Vallee des Couleurs, haven of peace and beauty. Forget all your worries and daily stress and let yourself be carried away by the mystery of this fantastic panorama. La Vallee des Couleurs is an extraordinary place where you can have the opportunity to contemplate a beautiful land, which is composed of twenty-three colours. A lush vegetation, birds, animals, endemic plants, ponds, rivers, waterfalls and the multicoloured earth form this magnificent landscape. Explore this real beauty of nature with a stroll on foot, trip on the different types of quad bike, buggy or doing a safari in our Range Rover. You can also visit "La Vallee des Couleurs" by using the different points of zip lines which covers the entire park. Our zipline of 1.5 kms is among the longest in the world and the longest in the Indian Ocean, which will give you a "once in a lifetime" sensation, where photos will be taken as souvenir. The Nepalese Bridge of 350 metres covers is a sensational one, where the adventurous person will be able to see the forest as well as animals passing by like the deer and the macaques. La Vallee des Couleurs" is a pleasure for all senses: the songs of birds and the sounds of waterfalls are like the sweetest music and the picturesque view is a pure delight for the eyes. The restaurant of the valley provides delicious meals that will ravish you if ever you feel hungry.

The place is basically a valley with a view of blue sea. They got a 23 colored soil and that's the start of the park. There is also a water falls. They made some activities like Nepalese Bridge and Zip line. Those actives are very exciting.

Following are the activities you can find in this place :-

1. Nepalese Bridge - It's a narrow plank bridge between two mountain 350m long and 100m deep.

I with my wife had a great experience as it was damn scary, since there were wind blowing, due which the bridge use to shake. But do this as it has safety measures and you will regret if you don't try this.

2. Zipline - They have short, medium and long length Ziplane. Long length is 1.5 km, not scary, but you see the earth moving fast beneath you.

3. Quad Bike - There would be a guide who will lead the quad bike to tour the whole park to see 23 colour rock. Try this only if you have interest in quad bike, else you can see the 23 colors by walking.

My advice try Nepalese bridge and Zipline.

i spend a whole afternoon at the place and i would recommend it any day, the only point of action is that the activities are a bit costly as I paid 300 USD for a couple to have all the activities. A 2 hour quad bike tour takes you through the different points of interest including the 23-colored earth, waterfalls, tortoise farm, the highest view point and the secret water fall where you can take a dip. After that i had other activities including zip-lining and walk on the 1.5km Nepalese bridge.
Credit to my guide Noor, very friendly and the same was for the young staff at the waiting area.

Let's start my review by saying this.... Don't come to this place .... Really disappointed... They need to learn something called customers service... Really I went out hating the time I wasted here... And their photo policy is just ridiculous

Went here yesterday with a taxi guide expecting to see an amazing sight as its portrayed on tripadvisor.... coloured earth almost like a rainbow on the ground ..well now I know the real power of photoshop ..its just mu d and clay go to any building site after the jcb has scraped it and you'll see the same and as for the stunning waterfalls save your money and go to wales or the lakes....Mauritius I'm sure has got some great things to see but this isn't one ...half expected to see a donkey painted in black n white stripes and to be told it was a Mauritanian zebra ....100% waste of time !!
