Easy to walk to and back from the two parks or the train station (there are shuttle buses, too). Clean, bright, fantastic customer service at Reception from all staff. Especially Julie (Julia?). Perfect 2 x double room overlooking a garden had perfect mattress/pillows and was designed in a v tasteful, perfect manner. Breakfast was perfectly edible, no complaints. Early entry bonus to the park was great. Chose our half board restaurants well (Cinderella and Ratatouille). The hotel had go-karts outside for kids (10 euro for 10mins!). You pay for this hotel, but being so close and so well looked after makes it worth it. Was delighted that 2 nights & 3 days park here DID make a thoroughly enjoyable alternative to a wk+ by the beach!!

Excellent Hotel, all staff friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. Lovely setting overlooking the lake and close to the Disney village and Disney parks loved our stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service that you would expect from Disney. We were allocated a room in the Gramercy section of the hotel and this had a fantastic view of the lake and hot air balloon. The room was quiet all night with the exception of excited children returning to their rooms! We requested a cot for my 1yo which was a proper cot with quality mattress, not a travel cot. Sheets and a blanket were also provided. We were a little disappointed to be sat in a smaller room in the Manhattan restaurant for our first breakfast so did not get the whole experience. Second day we were in the diner so much better. Very efficient and nothing was too much trouble, a nice stroll through the Disney village to the parks. Would return.

The reviewers claiming this hotel is dated clearly have no idea what art decor is. Superb, spacious hotel and only a 10 minute walk to the park via Disney Village.

I was a bit taken aback by the heavy security. Gated access, X-ray machines for your bags, security guards at the door but given the raised threat levels in France, I found the extra security measures to be reassuring.

Granted it's an expensive hotel but that's a given with anything Disney related. The main benefit of the hotel was the convenience of being able to pop in and out of the parks at our leisure. I'd gladly stay here again.

What a hotel! Amazing from beginning to end. Great location, great staff and great food & rooms. No negatives and so convenient for both parks. Fabulous in winter with ice rink and summer with the pool. What's not to love?? Has the feel of New York in the 1920's with the luxury of the 2000's.
