We have been coming here for a couple of years now. You can get shade and shower a lot of places - but no beachbar in Europe will be able to compete with this place. The lunch (we always have grilled octopus and chicken) is amazing and the ambience is fantastic - almost like a beachbar in Thailand - relaxed and laid back.

We come here often, run by Nikos and Jenny, Paradise is a great beach bar in a lovely location on the longest beach in Greece.
Free sun beds to customers, fresh and tasty food and cold drinks to help in the heat. There is a waiter service to the sun beds and the staff are fun and friendly. A great place for families and couples to soak up the sun in beautiful Crete.

We frequented this beach bar often. They come out to take your order right on the water or you can also use their boardwalk to eat in the outdoor restaurant area. We came here often as it was priced well, had wonderful calamari and several spots to park your car in the shade so you didn't come back to a hot vehicle. Staff is good and attentive. Location can't be beat!

Not too far from town, excellent shades and 2 beds with shade only 5 euros. Food is reasonably priced and good. There is beach service or a lovely shaded bar and garden.

You can't really go wrong here... Free parking right next to the bar, free sunbeds/parasol and decent food/drink.

We found this place because the beach in the towns either side didn't offer much apart from the usual scramble for sunbeds at overcrowded, overpriced concessions. After driving East 3 miles or so down the coast from Georgioupolis we swerved off the National Road and followed the most attractive beach bar sign... There's loads but the 'Free Sunbeds' caught our eye.

Spent the afternoon snoozing on the beach here (which was quiet and beautiful), and had a lovely lunch. Cost about 20 euros all done, which included salad, bread, calamari and beers.

Staff were friendly and helpful, wifi on the beach worked. Boom.
