From above it looks like the castle is completely ruined.it still looks awesome of course .
However,when U going down upstairs you are getting real ''deal'' how big it was,full of life etc.
Ps the place needs donations to re-descover and historical reconstruction.Please dont hesitate to put some pennies in de barrel

I liked being inside the castle and explore those passages. On the top is a nice view to the sea. Loved it!

The building at the Maasi fortification has been ruins for almost 509 years but it was fascinating to see the vaulted cellar in such a good shape. The old lady at the souvenir kiosk volunteered information about the place and how to explore it.

When visiting Saaremaa, worth taking the time to see the cool dungeons. Not for claustrophobics though. Many passages and overall good place to climb after sitting in the car.

We saw a sign along the route, so we decided to visit this place. And it was great! This place is little bit out of interest of tourist, but it worth to visit! And you can also buy wooden home-made things from locals.
