“Perfect”
Reviewed 13 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We stayed at little ram wood for a week and it was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there with a lovely garden and bbq area. The village is beautiful and the walk down to the beach is lovely. This is a perfect rental for two people and a good base to explore the area. We will definitely return one day.

The accomodation was adequate but a trifle small. We also had a couple of days of heavy rain which caused the entrance to the bungalow to be partially flooded and made it awkward to go in and out without making the inside floor very dirty. However on the plus side Julia and Cameron were very friendly, we did wish they were there when we left to say our goodbyes. The walks down through the public footpath to Mawgan Porth were beautiful and we enjoyed the friendleness of the shopkeepers in the village

“great”
Reviewed 2 March 2015 for a stay in February 2015

we stayed for 4 nights, and this is the ideal location for walks, travelling around and getting to some of cornwalls little coves and beaches.
the welcome was open and honest. once we were shown around the rental we were left to our own devices. there is a book with all sorts of information on places to go, things to do and a list of beaches to visit.
the wifi works great. for me one big bonus is the fact that there is no mobile recption, if you need a signal you must walk up the hill (200 yards) it was great not to have people calling me whilst i was relaxing.

“Winter in West Cornwall”
Reviewed 2 February 2015 for a stay in January 2015

Little Ramwood is the perfect base for exploring the West coast of Cornwall. We spent a week there at the end of January. The accomodation consists of a large bedroom/sitting room and good sized kitchen, good sized bathroom bathroom and a useful room for clothes and dining if desired. It was heated by gas central heating and was very warm and cosy. There is a small private garden where we sat in the sun one afternoon. The centre of the village of St Mawgan is a few steps away down a steep lane where there is an excellent community shop and post office, several churches and a Japanese Garden which is open all year round. A short walk through the woods takes you to Morgan Porth beach. We had a very relaxing week. I would recommend it for any time of year for a relaxing break.
