We stayed week 5 of January for our skiing holidays. The rooms are perfectly sized, a bathtub to relax in and the living room is just like a family room. So cosy !
Ask for a drink and it will be almost like home - just with a better equipped bar :-)
The best is the food - breakfast with home-baked cakes or croissants; a perfect start before skiing. Unfortunately we did not have dinner as we were part of another company eating at a nearby hotel - that was a big mistake as we could hear the other guests talking about the food when we got back.
We will defintely go back and see Franco change into his chef-suit and prepare dinner - this time also enjoing it.
Thanks for a wonderfull 4* stay !

I was at the hotel with my family for a skiing vacation.
The hotel is nice and cosy, not too big and with 3 floors. It is halfway between the skilift Crest and Frachey, and easy to reach both.
The rooms are okay, perfect for a skivacation where you only need to sleep.

There was a great room for dining and hanging out in the afternoon, the breakfast was perfect.

The best part however was the staff - they are the most welcoming and homely hosts I have ever met. They always had a smile on their lips, and glad to help with everything, from serving coffee to getting you to the lifts and picking you up again.
Everytime you orded something, you got an extra complimentary food.

I really loved it there, and would love to come back someday to have dinner.

We stayed here over new year in a group of 12adults and 6 children, ages ranging from 2 to 13, arranged through Ski2.
The rooms are comfortable but basic, the food is plentiful and of a high standard and the staff could not be more helpful or welcoming. We had a lovely time. The hotel is outside the village and the hotel or Ski2 will provide a minibus or it is a15 minute ish walk. Wifi is available most of the time throughout the hotel.

Room tip: there are baths in some of 2nd and 3rd floor rooms

Stayed here through Ski 2 for 3 nights. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom, with a fantastic view of the mountains. We were on the first floor with access out onto a large shared veranda, which i imagine would be lovely in the summer months. We chose to walk down to the lift every morning and evening, which we did through the forest on a well lit scenic path, this took us about 10/15 minutes, but was well worth it for the scenery and the chance to warm our muscles up before a days skiing. There is also the option of taking the hotel minibus or Ski 2 bus.
The staff were very friendly, happy to help, the food was good and plentiful, we would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again .

This hotel is brilliant. The rooms are small but adequate, and the showers are very warm all day. Good wifi connection especially downstairs. However the best bit about the hotel is the food!!!!! It is amazing at least 4 courses each night prepared by Franco, it is all authentic italian and there are options for kids. We booked through ski 2 who are wicked and they give u a free minibus to Frachey or Champoluc in the morning. In the evenings u can also walk into town for drinks but we stayed in the hotel for the food! Franco and his wife are so welcoming and try hard with english! Well worth a visit 5 star
