Had a great time with my family for 8 day. Exploring the islands and the resort kayaking/snorkeling/also good kidsclub and restaurant all set in a awesome setting on east side of the main island .which also has alot to do round it. Also staff are friendly and helpful. Cheers meitaki

Beachfront room, so relaxing, spent an age on the balcony doing nothing but looking at the view and the occasional whale passing. Staff and facilities were great, afternoon happy hour became a must attend. If the wind gets up. grab a kayak and head for the nearest motu to get shelter and have a wonderful day in the sun. The in-house boat / snorkel tour is great value if you don't want the cultural mumbo jumbo of the other lagoon tours.

Our First visit was a year ago and we enjoyed it so much that we returned this year and it was as good as the year before!
Very friendly staff , wife and kids really enjoyed getting there nails done by a very friendly lady!
Great place to stay only thing that’s needs looking at is the pool area could do with a little work. But overall great place and service.

We have just returned from Pacific Resort Muri Beach where we attended a family wedding - what a gorgeous spot for a romantic wedding! We had a premium garden suite, close to the wedding venue and to pretty much everything really. Accommodation was spacious and comfortable, big bathroom which looks to have been recently refurbished, beautiful new tiling and fittings and great big bath towels! (I hate places where they give you small towels but these were big and super thick :))
Silly I suppose but little things make a difference. Bed was comfy if a little soft, but hey? Fans and AC kept things cool. Breakfast continental buffet was included in our tariff, lots of fresh fruit and a range of toast breads and baked items, adequate but you could order a range of cooked eggs etc at extra cost. Dinner in Sandals restaurant was good, (the Ika Mata is delicious and so are the pork ribs!) but quite pricey; but then you can range further afield and eat at all sorts of places outside the resort, from the night markets just along the road to any number of cafes and restaurants close by. Dinner out on the beach is great at PR though and you need a couple of cocktails to set the scene...
Lots of things to do - kayak over to the Motu, stand up paddleboards, lagoon exploring and snorkelling in the resort's own Moana Roa or try Koka Lagoon Cruises half day trip around the lagoon and lunch on the motu - well worth it.
Muri lagoon was crystal clear and great for swimming ( I had read that Muri lagoon is polluted and algae infested - no such thing, while we were there it was just gorgeous.)
Very safe for smallish children, the lagoon is not deep and middle sized kids can have a ball in kayaks etc. The pool is also good but quite deep for kids - there's a small shallow kids' pool attached for little ones.
Pacific Resort's great secret is its staff - every single one of them is so friendly, helpful and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble. We loved our stay and will go back that's for sure!

Room Tip: Rooms close to the wedding venue provide a little noise but the management are meticulous in ensuring that all noise stops dead at 10.30pm

I spent 3 glorious days in this remarkably beautiful resort earlier this year. The location is secluded and on an amazingly gorgeous beach. I was met by the manager who introduced himself and had a cold drink ready for me. The accommodations are nothing short of luxurious and consist of individual cottages with amazing appointments. Food is excellent, scenery is unimaginably beautiful, the staff incredibly accommodating and friendly..Never wanted to leave. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Room Tip: There are no bad rooms!!
