These cottages are quite unique and so peaceful. Easy reach of Oban for shops etc but tucked away between a Loch and river away from it all. They are some of the best equipped and most comfortable cottages I have ever stayed in. Mary(the owner) is always on hand should there be anything at all that you need. If I stop in this area again then it would definitely be at Clan Cottages.

We stayed in cottage #5, McNeil for 3 nights. We found the cottage to be comfortable and spacious. The stone facade and the thatched roof were very appealing. The accommodations, beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen and laundry and they were very convenient. We enjoyed watching the sheep on the hillside, the swans in the lake, and the birds at the feeders. Although it's a little bit of a drive to the town, we preferred the country setting to being in the city.

Had a two night stay in the cottages and they are absolutely beautiful - inside and out. Great facilities - including a fireplace, which was my favourite! Mary, the owner, was so delightful. She was so welcoming, gave us the tour, some advice on local activities, and was very genuine and warm. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Wonderful time in a great cottage. Very convenient for Oban. Highly recommend to anyone planning a visit. Weekend breaks are an option which is ideal as many self catering cottages are minimum of a week
