Up a side street this hotel is a little oasis. There is private parking. There is no booze licence, but they were OK with us buying stuff outside and drinking it there. The room was quite large, there is a private bathroom and the food is good.
We had a bunch of laughs in the common room, which has a funky decor of geometrical wooden shapes and odd mementoes on the walls.
Almost as important is that the wifi worked fine!
