Great customer service and great price. Actually the best one around Lisbon!
I was very luckily to find this place on my way back from the Cascais' beach.
The owner was around for a chat or two.
Can't wait to go back.

Whenever we are in Portugal, we always make a point to dine several times at this wonderful Brazilian restaurant! The food is fabulous, the service friendly and accommodating to various languages and dietary needs. The restaurant is located on a colorful square in the historic part of this town, 3 minutes from the beach, and around the corner from the municipal park where bands play in the summer.

In warm weather eating outside is lovely but if one prefers inside, one has a charming atmosphere with Brazilian murals on the walls, brightly colored tables, and a general atmosphere of hospitality and gaiety! The staff is genuinely hospitable and makes one feel at home. The sangria is to die for as is the feijoada, a typical Brazilian dish.

The train in Lisbon will have you in Paco de Arcos in 15 minutes and it’s a short walk to the Aquarela do Brasil!!!! Enjoy it as we do!

I have ate there twice. One I ate at the restaurant. I liked. Asked for the picanha. Good food.

Second time was not that good. Decided to order at home: a delivery.

I asked for picanha and my husband asked for feijoada. The menu says picanha comes with rice, beans and kale. I ordered a picanha medium rare. The menu says feijoada comes with rice, the feijoada (beans and pork), orange, fried banana and kale.

That's what was delivered: a well done picanha, only one portion of kale mixed with the banana (thus, I would imagine where is the portion from the picanha and that I would not eat because I do not eat fried banana)! My husband said the feijoada was ok and my order definitely was not good (meat not cooked as I ordered and without kale, which I think I have payed for). The beans from the picanha came with pork meat (which makes me conclude that it was the same Beans from feijoada).

I am Brazilian and I know Brazilian food! When I ate at the restaurant I liked the food but definitely I did not like the food ordered at home! And it was very expensive!!! I spent around 31 euros ordering at home for a very bad food on a Saturday Lunch time!

I let you decide, but I am not sure if I would recommend this restaurant or eat again it's food.

We visited here during a stay around Easter. Sitting outside enjoying the sunshine and lovely setting. The gentleman who served us was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Our food was nothing short of delicious and amazing.
Washed it down with a jug of perfectly balanced and refreshing sangria and a glass of caipirinha! I had the moqueca de camarao (in my non-professional opinion), like a Brazilian style Thai curry with prawns, superb. My wife had vatapa camarao, which was excellent too, similar principle with different flavours. Our kids had feijoada, which I tried - great! Along with a chicken breast cooked perfectly, with chips, salad, fried egg and rice. We had 2 desserts, one was a passion fruit mousse, super balance, light and delicious; the other was manjar Branco, which was coconut kind of mousse with chocolate on top, which was awesome.
Totally recommend this place. Only 60 Euros for 5 of us including alcohol.

Aquarela do Brasil is a nice, small restaurant, with very reasonable prices. The food is incredibly tasty and the staff is welcoming and helpful.
