Your suggestion about Restaurant staffs behavior has been passed on and briefed too. Mr. Prashanth is really delighted to have your appreciation, Sir.
Also, we sincerely hope you are aware that how difficult to run a hotel in these tiring and tough time of COVID. Hence, further discounting is bit challenging. Nevertheless, the same would be escalated to our MD and we shall look into that, Sir.
