Not a bad hotel, overall, and quite well priced. But you get what you pay for. The pool area is large, snd the pool bar serves decent wine, beer and pizza (pizza after 3pm).
The rooms are small and not at all premium, but I wasn’t here for the rooms.
There’s also a nice spa, and the massages are good and well priced, however, I had three massages while I was there, and all finished 5 to 10 minutes early.
My biggest complaint was with the food. I know times are difficult, and Covid means the buffet has to be served to you by staff, however the quality was very disappointing, especially as the Italians are known for their food. It was school-dinner quality at best, and never more than warm, never hot. However, if that’s what you like, there’s plenty of it.
One final point is mask wearing. Whether we like it or not, we have to do it, and it’s compulsory indoors at the hotel. However too many guests AND staff (especially those serving food) had their noses poking out the top. A little more discipline on this would be good.More
