The rooms are basic, but then again you are in Borneo and if they were building big hotels along this beautiful stretch of Sabah alot of the rustic appeal would be taken away. The rooms are clean and maintained well.

340 RM for a 3 day/2night stay here is a steal. You are practically guaranteed to see alot of wildlife. The guides were very knowledgeable and you could feel it was more than just a job for them. During my 5 cruises i saw Orangutan, literally hundreds of Proboscus Monkey's, Short-tailed Macaques, Long-tailed macaques, 5 species of Hornbill, an endangered Purple Heron, snakes, Kingfishers (on a night cruise that had no fear at all and i was taking pictures literally 50cms from where it was perched on a twig). Consider the amount and variety of wildlife that was seen the cost was amazing.

The meals were alright too...nothing flash but tasty enough and being a buffet fairly hearty too.

Included in my price was pick-up from Sandakan and drop-off in Sepilok after the tour was complete.

Was probably the highlight of my 15 days in Sabah....highly recommended!

The rooms are very, very basic (but what do you expect for that price) but the staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. They make the river cruises and jungle treks one of the best things to do in Sabah.

I had a great time at Sukau Greenview B & B. The staff were fantastic, super friendly & we got to see a ton of wildlife, including orangutans & elephants. I thought the food was great & they were very accommodating for vegetarians. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, but clean. I had a fan room, but it was so cool at night that I didn't even use it. It was very hot in the room during the day, but I was still able to take a nap :) I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

We've just returned from a 3 day, 2 night tour in Sakau and stayed at this b&b. All our river cruises and jungle treks were organised by them and they were all, without exception fabulous. Sure the accommodation is basic, but perfectly comfortable - you're in the jungle for goodness sake! The food was perfectly adequate with buffet style meals, so no shortage on quantity and tea, coffee and water were available thoughout the day free-of-charge. Choice of meals was a bit limited, but staff were happy to provide toast for our overly fussy teenagers.
Internet connection is available for 10 RM for the duration of your stay (for each device).
The guides on the treks and river cruises went above the call of duty to find wildlife for us, taking their time to find the best locations and give explanations about the animials - their population, mating etc.
This hotel/tour was excellent value for money and certainly I'd recommend it (great trip for teenagers as ever few hours we were doing another cruise etc, so kept them away busy).

Room Tip: We chose rooms with airconditioning and were glad to pay the extra charge as it was so hot at night.

We stayed at the Greenview in September 2011 for 3 nights - the room was very good, specially for the price, the food was delicious and plentiful and the staff was extremely helpful. They are very flexible with the package they have for 2 nights - we decided we would stay an extra night and we arranged extra activities like visiting the Gomantong Caves (we saw orangutans, flying squirrels, pig tailed monkeys, red leaf monkeys, besides the bat exodus) and private boat cruises. The youngest guide they have (I do not know his name) was really excellent, specially keen on birds and very knowledgeable. Excellent value!
