I stayed in this hotel in April 2017 for 5 nights and I am very disappointed because of the bad service and for the unfriendly staff also unclean room !!!
I had been in this hotel 4 years ago in 2013 and it was completely different.

The hotel is on the 1st floor & is blessed with a pleasant terrace. On April 30th 2017 it was a fine sunny day, so we ordered a club sandwich & a bottle of wine for us to eat outside on the terrace .We were told that we would not be served outside because it was hotel policy not to open the terrace until mid May as it was too cold. We said that it was 20 degrees & anyway shouldn`t the customers decide if they wanted to eat outside.They then explained that food could not be served outside until May, because they were not covered if we injured ourselves if a plate broke.

Very average in every point of view.
The rooms where very basic, service is between bad and average.breakfast is not very appalling neither good and service is quite dreadful.stayed for one night to try and will not come back anythime soon.
I would give a positive point for the staff who is trying hard but unfortunately does not know how to give basic hotel service.

Many have reviewed the Sofitel Louise and sung it's many praises. We stayed here two nights before an otherwise pedestrian cruise. The location is perfect, the staff is highly professional and polished, and the accommodations... more than generous by European standards... near-luxurious. The comfort of the bed, the excellence of the shower, and the mobility within the room all excelled, and the efficiency of space was superb.

My wife and I were in Brussels 30 years ago; at the time, the city was dreary. Today it is vibrant and quite cosmopolitan. We'll sure visit again and again, making the Sofitel Louise our home base.

The hotel is conveniently located in the prestigious avenue Louise, in the heart of an upscale shopping area of Brussels. The location is perfect as it is only approximately 15 minutes walk from Grand Place, but also near other sights. A metro station is only a couple of minutes far from the hotel. This is a stylish decorated hotel with good vibe. Rooms were big enough with several amenities. Although breakfast was extensive and adequate, I think there is room for improvement. Service was efficient. Especially front desk people spent quite a lot of time in order to make for us a reservation in a Michelin restaurant which it was showing as fully booked in the restaurant's webpage. I recommend this hotel.
