We headed for the hills on a cold winter's day. We all enjoyed our lunch at Walk the Talk very much, the meals were tasty and fresh. Vegetarian options were delicious. Only one disappointment, the baguette one of us ordered was just a small roll. We enjoyed our desserts very much. All in all, a great lunch in a quaint little place, with great service and reasonable prices. Thank you, we will be back!

After driving around the Adelaide Hills on a miserable winter's day we decided it was time to find a warm place for some comfort food. We came across Walk the Talk Cafe in Verdun and on entering the premises saw a crackling fire brightenimg up the premises. Perfect! The menu offered a good choice of soups, baguettes, curries, cakes etc. We decided on the duck and mushroom soup, roast pork belly and salad baguette, followed by walnut cake with syrup and double cream - yum. This is a great place for lunch and what's even better you are able to buy a variety of takeaways to enjoy at home. Highly recommend as a warm, welcoming, delicious eatery. Go and enjoy!

Wonderful cafe in our converted post office. Always good for coffee and cake or lunch. Yummy eclectic food well cooked and presented. Also great meals to take home when you can't be bothered to cook. Indian curries, duck rillettes, pate, zucchini slices and their famous lasagne .

Don't let the looks deceive you - this is A grade. Open fires, cosy nooks, retro furnishings. The food is absolutely fantastic - it is a casual lunch eatery, however the food is as good as anywhere. Great selection of dishes and just full of flavour. So if you are in the Hills and want a quick, casual escape, this is the spot.

Two adults and two hungry children enjoyed a lunch here on a cold winter day. The duck and mushroom soup was thick and tasty and the chicken wonton broth was delicate with complex Asian flavours. Everyone enjoyed the hot rolls and yummy butter. Friendly service and funky, quirky decor, a hills winner.
