The new decor in the sitting room. Central heating and a wood burning stove.
Super comfy mattress on the double bed and thick curtains to block out early light.
Lovely kitchen, brand new in 2016, overlooking the garden.
View out the second bedroom. Notice also the thick walls.
Hand built bunk beds with superb mattresses. All bedding is provided. Brand new.
The lovely stove and artwork.

The dining table, simple and effective.
Simple, clean decor of the second bedroom.
The garden viewed from the kitchen window. The grass is yellow because of recent drainage ditches.
The old fireplace in the main bedroom. A beautiful feature.
The bathroom. I will get better images but hopefully you get a feel for the place.
The main bedroom; imagine tea in bed and the silence outside.

“Winter break”

The property was ideal and suited our needs. Quiet and no wifi which was great. Staff and owners are always happy to help and accommodate. Great scenery and lots of wildlife.

“Lovely Cottage”
Reviewed 17 September 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Stayed here for a short break. The cottage was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped - though we also used the nearby takeaways in Blairgowrie. Bedrooms were comfortable and the heating system worked well, though seemed a bit complicated to use. The log burner provided extra heat. Very peaceful location and lovely walks round about with plenty of wildlife to see including the local dam-building eco warriors of the Castor species.
The cottage owners were on hand for advice and local info and available without being intrusive at all. Fabulous and well recommended.
