We have just had the most amazing time away with our family .Away from all the hustle and bustle of busy life we had a perfect week . Stephens home is just beautiful and the scenery is stunning .we had we needed and couldnt have asked for anything else .the kids loved the donkeys outside the house and the swing ball set was a hit ! Added extra ie board games, dvds, and the bbq were super. We will most certainly be back ans would highly recommend it to others .

“Remote scenic house ”
Reviewed 14 June 2018 for a stay in June 2018

Visited downings last weekend for a family wedding. The house is lovely and family friendly with a lot of amenities included such as ironing board and iron, 3 showers, high chair etc. The surroundings of the house and scenery is absolutely beautiful. It’s not the easiest place to find and it is necessary to hire a car to get to, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would say it’s well worth the money.
The owner of the house Stephen was very accommodating and quick in responding to any queries I had and fast at returning our deposit.
Overall, very happy and would recommend!!

A fine holiday retreat in an outstanding location and very close to the sea. Very spacious living accommodation with excellent views from within the property and from a very pleasant garden area. Very comfortable beds.

“Well equipped family friendly house”
Reviewed 9 January 2018 for a stay in December 2017

Large house in a remote location with fabulous views. The pool table and football table went down a treat with the boys and the open fire was perfect for the wild Donegal weather. It would be even better in summer, sitting outside on the decking watching the Atlantic waves roll in. Suited our mixed party of 8 perfectly !
