Played this course on a society day and was hugely impressed. The condition of the greens was outstanding for this time of year, as was the course in general. The course is generally flatter than most of the other West Ireland links but, my word, it plays long. I've never hit so many fairway woods into par 4 greens. The last 6 holes are fantastic, with elevated tees and greens and I could play the par 3 13th all day long. The clubhouse is great and the food tasty and reasonably priced. On a final note, the club were extremely helpful in arranging the return of my golf shoes, which I'd forgetfully left in the changing room. I'm already looking forward to going back for the open week in June.

I’m pretty new to golf and this was my first time to play a Links course. We played the front 9 of the main course. What a wonderful experience on a stunning course.

Played Ballybunion a d Dingle. Would go back to Connemara any day as it was our favorite track. Golfers will not be disappointed. Head pro is also head greenskeeper, thus the total package. Dominick in the pro shop is welcoming and hospitable! 27 holes of pure joy. Our wives walked along and could not have been happier! Get the camera ready for the 13 and 14th holes!
