We were fortunate to have a window looking over the loch and enjoyed the view very much. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Although we were there during typical Scottish weather, low-lying clouds over the hilltops, it is one many natural beautiful spots in Scotland.

Saw rare birds and a variety of seals on this lake cruise. Whale and dolphins are sometimes spotted, but we didn't see them. This is a good excursion if you are on a large ship cruise sailing around Ireland and Scotland.

We've driven along Loch Linnhe and crossed it by ferry several times. It is a very beautiful body of water with a great deal of history and many interesting places to visit along its shores.

We stayed for a week in one of the beautifully newly refurbished lodges next to the House in the Woods in Glenahulish. In between Fort William/Ben Nevis and Glencoe, it's a great base for loads of activities including the seafood restaurants around, Ice climbing, Ben Nevis gondola, Oban, ferry trips amongst a few. The loch was a couple minutes walk away from our lodge which itself was nestled into the beautiful vegetation. It slept 5 adults and 2 babies. Great facilities including a dishwasher, log burner, freeview tv, new decor.
