We made a reservation and paid a 30 pc deposit two months before our ski holiday. We received a confirmation of the reservation and the money was debited from our account at that time. However 6 days before the checkin date we were told the hotel had overbooked itself and we therefore had no accommodation
We ended up having to cancel our holiday and the only thing the hotel had to say was whether we had found an alternative solution. We are still waiting to be paid back our deposit also.
