The go to place in New Quay now that The Hungry Trout has closed. You won't be disappointed in what you get, the same owners as the Trout, so the same, if not better, high standard of food and service!

Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner, intimate dining or party ( as we did). Fab atmosphere late evenings and looking forward to drinks on the huge Terrace in the summer!

We initially came to New Quay for the day and were going to have lunch in the Hungry Trout but found notices saying they had moved to the Pepper Pot Bar & Grill.
We had been to the pepper pot when it was owned by previous owners but the current owners have completely refurbished it to a high standard and have turned an okay place into an amazing place with fantastic food.
We will be back when we have more time to experience an evening meal as this is a must go place for middle age wine and food lovers like ourselves. (Don’t tell my wife I referred to her as ‘middle aged’).

Fabulous food. Great service from the team that rocked ‘The Trout’ for many years.

You’ll need to book as the chefs have a reputation, and it’s busy during peak times. Plan ahead!

The Pepper Pot, formerly known as the Port of Call, is now home to the team from ‘The Hungry Trout’ who’ve moved as their old premises was put up for sale.

Always a great night out and now with a larger terrace and live music.
Bonus. Already booked our next visit...

Fantastic. Ate outside with friends, couldn’t fault the food or atmosphere. We luckily live locally so will be back soon!

Went there on Sunday and it was perfect, a group of my mates.

We all had food and couldn’t fault a single thing. Returned on Monday to have a light bite to eat and the salad was outstanding. Just a few pictures.
