This is a perfect hotel for an exploration base around the area- Portmán itself is not busy or full of shops but on our first day we walked to the start of the regional park and had a picnic with food from the local Spar shop. The rooms were clean and suitable for a couple and we enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee as it was light enough not to fill you up with the usual ‘English breakfast’. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Parking was free and we hired a car from Murcia airport so we used the hotel as a base to visit La Manga, Alicante and Cartagena. Would have no problems returning again as his was perfect for the post festive season chill out.

Stayed here for 1 night before going to Lamanga Club (5mins away). Hotel looks fresh and new from the outside and easy to find once in Portman.
The hotel is very fresh and rooms really clean. They are basic but have a huge comfy bed and aircon. The shower room has towels and complimentary shampoos.
Breakfast was a continental offering and Miguel who served it was really friendly.
Would 100% recommend....

This hotel is perfect for that quiet getaway. The village of Portman is a geunine Spanish village still untouched by tourism. A car is needed to get around as there are lots of places to visit nearby. The hotel is clean, staff are some of the most helpful and friendliest I have ever met! The only thing I missed was a swimming pool. I will definitely go back.

Room Tip: Ask for an upstairs room.

The only accommodation located in the small village. It was very quiet, but mind you we were in low season. Everything new and the price was excellent. Available breakfast fair enough. Friendly staff too. Good info on where to go, eat and what to do.
