With a set menu that varies from day to day, depending on the ingredients which the chefs find, there are no dishes to recommend. Each time though, I’ve found some innovative courses and new tastes. New chefs in 2018, again French, have brought a deftness of presentation as well as cooking. With the location ( I recommend sitting outside if the weather suits) and the food, the popularity is clearly growing and it’s best to make a reservation - we had to try 3 times to get in before succeeding.
