Large, clean, comfortable rooms, good free WiFi service, and a fantastic restaurant all deserve at least 4+ stars, yet two annoying aspects resulted in my lower rating; a ridiculously small, half-circle shaped shower in a bathroom that could easily accommodate a larger and more comfortable fitting, and then a TV with very limited channel choices, specifically re the few sport channels, and then absolutely no international news channels such as CNN, Sky, BBC, Al Jazeera, Euronews etc etc? Two small issues, yet significantly affected the accommodation experience.

Wonderful stay with quite country views. We had a comfortable room on the second floor.
I recommend Booking a ground floor room if you have difficulty with stairs.
The staff is wonderful.

We very much enjoy the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast each morning.

The hotel is located on a country road basically in the middle of nowhere, (nothing walking distance) but attracts many visitors since it is elegant, serene, has good service and the restaurant is supposed to be terrific . The rooms are divided between two buildings. The building attached to the breakfast room, closer to the pool, had smaller rooms, and no elevator for the first floor rooms. The rooms in the wellness spa building were designed beautifully and there's an elevator in the building. The spa is closed Mondays and was closed early on Sunday evening the days we were there . The room we had was large with a small balcony overlooking the exquisite pool and grounds. The bathroom was nice sized but the shower was really tiny. Eliza at the reception was very helpful and spoke English. At night there was no possibility to communicate with anyone in English. The parking is far from the rooms if you have a lot of luggage like we did - it's challenging. Olga kindly helped us out. Breakfast was superb - there was a large choice of everything from healthy bio choices, cheeses and meats to fresh produce and home baked cakes. We were at this hotel for working meetings and the wifi was shotty at times. The pool was terrific. We really enjoyed swimming in the evening after 32 degree temperatures during the day. Vittorio Veneto is 10 minutes away by car and is a lovely quaint town to enjoy. We read some of the reviews here and took a trip to Grotte del Caglieron in Fregona. Do not miss this attraction - it's 20 minutes away - but beware it's not for the faint of heart,

Room tip: Try to get a room in the spa building facing the pool.

Hotel: We arrived without a reservation and Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and honored the price we showed her on Trip Advisor. I'd recommend paying online prior as the prices seem a little less. We opted for one of the rooms above the spa. It had vaulted ceilings, simple yet classy decor, very comfortable bed, a cute little balcony facing the mountains and a clean bathroom with shower essentials. The spa makes the building smell lovely and the grounds are beautiful. The pool looks amazing, but it was too cold to swim in. The breakfast was included and well worth the price of the room with fresh juice, eggs, cheeses, yogurt, pastries, coffee, etc.

Restaurant: We had dinner at their restaurant (you must make a reservation), the male waiter was impatient with our lack of Italian and handed us off immediately to the female waiter who was cordial. The ambience was warm with a wood stove and Italian countryside feel. Amazing homemade bread, mind blowing polenta with fondue cheese, but while the main dish of crusted sea bass was cooked beautifully, it was not a standout. Their unique jar of perfectly prepared tiramisu was a delicious ending.

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful days at the Cadelach with several other couples from all around Europe. We stayed at room 111, that has a gas fireplace and a modern design. The room was very clean and with a nice view of the country side. Breakfast was abundant and with a good choice. The restaurant is superb with a great wine list. The hotel/restaurant is family owned and managed. The personnel is simply fantastic: they accommodated all our request (we had a lot of children with us).
The price was very good as well. Definitely I'm very happy of my experience.
One consideration, book a ground floor room if you do not like stairs.
