First stop on road trip to Pompeii, very comfy room, spotlessly clean, very quite.
Being Sunday, restaurant closed but staff so helpful they phone for a pizza for us. Could not fault staff, friendly, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Ask for a garden view room, as these are away from the road.

This is a business hotel situated just outside of Lyon. The staff here are very helpful.
The hotel is like apartment blocks so best avoid one near the stairs as you will not get a good night sleep. There is plenty off free parking and the supermarket is like 10 minutes drive away. The hotel offers free wifi but the connections keeps dropping so requires logging in again.

Room tip: Avoid rooms near the stairs

Stayed for 2 nights at the Kyriad here in a clean & comfortable (though compact) room.

The hotel is built in an apartment-block style with all the garden-facing rooms opening onto a narrow outdoor access corridor - this is ok, but means that you are liable to be easily disturbed by early risers or late-night returns...

The room & bathroom are small but adequate, though the hanging space could benefit from more than 2 coat hangers. The car park has plenty of space & is free to residents. The reception & dining areas are light & pleasant, with the staff all very helpful. Breakfast was not included in the tariff I paid, but it's not an expensive bolt-on. There's a large outdoor seating & children's play area in the garden.

Overall it's a decent enough place to stopover, but probably not for those guests seeking a place with a little more character, luxury and historical features in the Lyon area.

As a avid n.i supporter myself and friends had this hotel booked for months ever since the draw was made. Got an email tidy saying they have cancelled our reservation and are refunding our deposits due to over booking? So tell me how rooms are still available to book just at a much higher rate. Greedy hotel not trustworthy or honourable. Beware.

The hotel is very good situated and is not far from centre to Lyon, the rooms are correct, but the people are not so friendly.
She asked us if we had breakfast, € 12,50 per person bit expensive, so I told her we didn't.
After payment we went and in the afternoon I checked the invoice and saw that there's € 25,-- on the bill.
I phoned them and ask to call me back, what they never did.
So bad experience, never again.
Please check your bill before leaving.
