We were the only diners, although admittedly a large group of six adults and six children, who pitched up for lunch towards the end of the ski season. Our order consisted of the unchallenging burger, pasta and ‘special’ of duck. Sadly it was the latter which proved to be a problem. In what was a very quiet lunchtime, the kitchen, inexplicably, couldn’t co-ordinate themselves so that all dishes arrived at the same time. Burgers came and went. Pasta arrived and was dispatched. But no duck. An apologetic waiter provided the solitary diner awaiting his duck with a consolation bowl of soup. Still no duck. When it did finally arrive, it was served at the same time as the rest of the party ate their ice cream. And whilst we ate/waited, disinterested restaurant staff sat outside appearing to only care about what they were smoking.
Poor customer service, poor staff attitude, and no planning in the kitchen. Eat elsewhere.
