This was branded as Styles and yes it looked ok and the nice bright "uniform" worn by the staff - each seemingly having their favourite colour - was a cheerful addition.
There is no restaurant and only seemingly a choice of two within walking distance and the area set aside for breakfast found itself inundated when large parties were present with a timetable to follow for the day ahead. We felt that the breakfast offerings were a little "under par" even compared with similar hotels in France (including other Ibis). The staff we met were all friendly and assisted ably. Only CNN (!) and BBC World listed on the Television BUT as usual BBC World was "Pas de Service". Not sure why it is so difficult to find in these times. The "Bathroom" was modernistic with the wash basin and shower effectively open to the main room and the WC behind a sliding door. We felt that this particular shower would have benefitted from having safety rails and/or non-slip shower mat within to ensure safety of the young or elderly etc.
The 'free' Tea/Coffee facility in the lobby in the evenings was very welcome especially in the recent hot weather.More
