Hotel is in a beautiful location, very quiet, to reach the beach should go down (and then go up) a lot of stairs, making the road to the beach very special.
Was a couple and upgraded to a room with balcony, was worth every dollar.
A stunning view of the beautiful.
Bright room.

Very nice located hotel. Excellent service and flexibility by the management at the hotel. Great private beach - small but cozy and good water quality. Close to the city which also have a lot of good places to offer (for dinner/drinks)

Room Tip: Fantastic location - excellent "free" private beach - super service

We were lucky enough to stumble on this hotel. The setting is beautiful, the vistas were lovely and the people were wonderful. Cap this off with a great breakfast on the terrace and we left the property better than when we came.

Would definitely stay here again. Spent one night on our way from Rome deeper into Tuscany. Beautiful views of the sea from room's balcony and short walk down to private pier. Ilaria at the front desk very friendly and helpful, excellent service. Town of Porto Santo Stefano and its restaurants less than 10 minute drive. With a big car, easier to drive past the narrow hotel road entrance (on SP161) toward Santo Stefano, then turn around and make left into hotel road.

We just spent 3 lovely nights here. From the very beginning of making reservations and throughout our stay, Ilaria was wonderful! We had the corner "suite" with a wrap around terrace overlooking the sea. The breakfast was very good including pastries, fruit, cereal, cheese/sliced meats, eggs and coffee/ cappuccino/tea, etc. Wait staff was very attentive. We walked to Porto Santo Stefano for dinner in the evening--- except for a short distance on the main road, the walk is on a pedestrian paved route. We are in our 70s and enjoyed the walk --- especially after a gourmet meal! We chose to go to a sandy beach rather than use the hotel access. We don't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would love to return to such a charming area.
