I was on a business trip to our offices which are located close to the Airport. Our business have a special rate agreement and use your hotel quite a lot. Facilities were good. Cleanliness & attention of the staff was good. Quality of food & menu selection could be improved.More

From staying here over the years I have to say rooms are dated and to be honestly straight your prices are gone so expensive it’s just crazy to expect people to pay that price. I’m due to use airport hotel on Wednesday and need 2 rooms I looked up your price and its €400 per room without breakfast. How do ye expect peopl who are traveling away be it work or holiday to pay €400 per night . I think the management need to look at pricing . It’s far from 5 star. In Dublin City centre 5 star hotels most nights don’t reach that price . That’s my opinion and if others who were also looking to book . It’s a loss in long term to your hotel as we all have dinner there and drinks and now we might have found an airport hotel who will look after us price wise knowing we spend on dinner and drinks . I’m sorry but this is the TRUTH

Front staff was very nice. Check-in and check-out were easy. Room was clean and spacious. Wifi worked well. Convenient shuttle to-and-from the airport that ran on time. There are places to eat at the hotel and it is an easy drive into Dublin.

I stay here all the time . All the staff are brilliant and friendly . They make you feel like you are at home . Absolutely love the bar staff . Was staying on my own and they made sure I was ok all the time .

Our favourite part of our stay was the service from Jimmy in the restaurant. We had our young child with us and he knew exactly how to make our lives easier, for example, bringing her food out asap. We overheard him telling others he is doing a course in hospitality management and you can definitely tell this is not just a job for him, thanks Jimmy.
We had a great check-in experience (with Stefano?), fast and courteous. As we were checking out early, we were offered 'breakfast on the go' which was handy (and not advertised on the website). It consisted of mainly of fruit and yoghurt.
Our room was spacious and clean, and our wee one was very excited to see the flights landing out of the window.
We parked and flew, and it would be handy if there was a quick way to validate your parking instead of queuing behind others checking in but that was only a small thing.
