We were fortunate to stay at Cote Mer for 3 and 1/2 weeks in March. The unit is even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures show. it was equipped with top end appliances and kitchen equipment. Everything you could possibly want is there. The linens and towels were of very high quality. All of the furniture was very clean and comfortable. On the porch now there are 2 club chairs and a custom made table for dining rather than what shows in the picture online. A very comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Moune and Dominique are excellent hosts. Communication with them is excellent. The location can't be beat. Right on the beach and a very short walk to the village. Highly recommend this rental. We have already booked for next year.

I can’t say enough about how much my wife and I enjoyed our week at Côté Mer. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. It was only seconds away from the beach and just a couple minutes’ walk to the restaurants and shopping available in the village.

Moune and Dominique met us at the airport and Moune showed us a number of things to do during the drive from the airport to Orient Village. They own the property and live close, so they are easily accessible should the need arise. Moune also took the time to show us around when we arrived and was quickly responsive during the week for a couple requests we had. They are wonderful property owners and so accommodating and helpful.

We also rented a car through them and the process could not have been easier. The car was at the condo when we arrived and we simply left it there at the end of the week. We heard other people commenting what a time-consuming process renting a car on the island was, but that certainly was not our experience.

I will add that the pool is different than the one pictured here, but it was nice and relatively secluded. However, be aware that if you go in the summer it is very warm. This was no issue for us as the beach was the attraction, not the pool, and we did enjoy some night swimming after the sun went down, but I couldn’t imagine using it during the heat of the day.

Again, we had a fantastic week and can’t wait to go back. You can’t go wrong renting from Moune and Dominique!
