“Nice and spacious apartment, perfect location”

We stayed three weeks in the apartment with a family (2 children, 9/7 years). The apartment is spacious, the bedrooms have both a private shower and the kitchen is fully equiped. The location is perfect, next to the beach and city centre. The kitesurf beach (to launch) is 150 metres away. And of course, the swimming pool is in front of the apartment. Very nice for some additional relaxing moments.
The compound is feels safe and secure during day and night. We have had a very nice and positive feeling about our stay.

“Great property in a great location”

The apartment is located steps from the best beach in St. Martin and easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Orient village. The unit was clean and newly furnished and painted. It's located in a residential neighbourhood that is safe and quiet. Mathew rented us a vehicle for a couple of months and he was an excellent host. All in all it was good value for the money.
