Waiting staff great! Food good!
Management seriously poor—no real system seems to be in operation except your name is taken and put on waiting list for table to become vacant—meanwhile —people have finished dining and stay on drinking fior as long as they wish!! We waited a good hour and a half to be seated had starter and main consumed in 40 mins and there are a minimum of 4 tables that I have watched ONLY DRINKING in that time—it’s a restaurant not a bar!! How about management asking punters to move to bar area after dining like most restaurants do!!??—instead they have left ya waiting for almost double the estimated time—annoyed with the place and nothing positive to say !!??!! So avoid here if it’s busy and head elsewhere as it’s not worth the wait—maybe one day they’ll cop on to an EFFICIENT system!!
ps they offer West restaurant upstairs instead of waiting—this is not everyone’s taste & def not fir my kids!!

Had a family lunch here recently. It is VERY busy on Sundays and booking is advisable. I reserve red a table and we were promptly shown to it when we arrived. Starters of chowder and mussels were delicious. Our group had mains of baked cod with chorizo and black pudding, baked hake , duck tacos, while our teens opted for pizzas front the pizzaria attached. All were delicious. Desserts likewise..service was also very good despite the staff being so busy. Food is freshly cooked and the place is busy so don't expect instant service..but we'll worth a small wait..Anyway there are lots of nice beers and wines or a nice prosecco lunch coctail to sip on as you wait :)

I've eaten pizza all over the world and this competes with the best of them. There are some very unique pizzas that are offered, so you have plenty of options to choose from and some things that you might not find anywhere else. We never eat dinner at our hotel, but after having breakfast here each morning decided to try it for dinner. We are so glad we did!

We stopped in for some food, and at first we were impressed with the dog friendly atmosphere, the photos of Dogs with their names is a nice touch.

Sadly, are fondness started to run thin when we realized that we had been waiting over 40 minutes for our food (Margherita Pizza, and a Halloumi Salad).

The Halloumi Salad had items missing while containing meat (we are both vegetarian), which was not listed. We raised this with a member of staff, who said they would get back to us. They never did.

By this point we had given up, and just left (I paid for the meal in advance), the meat was given to the dogs.

We have double checked the menu online and the Halloumi Salad is no longer showing, this would seem to suggest that we were given an out of date menu, not a great start.

We ate here twice last week.
We decided to eat in a hotel as we had young children with us and neede a bit of space. There is loads of parking.
We were escorted to a quiet spot each time. It wasn't too busy.
There is a good menu of food to choose from but the menus themselves could do with being a bit simpler, there is a lot of writing on them.
We asked for a baby bowl each time and it arrived very quickly so it was ate before we had our dinner. I had the pork and the battered fish, both were very tasty.
The service was good but it was slightly pricey.
Over all I certainly would go back as it is quieter than the busy restaurants in Salthill and Galway.
