I stopped here while walking by. It is a very peaceful place in the middle of the city rush. No turist, only one local man and an eldery woman. The visit takes perhaps 10-15 minutes. I would not go here just for the shrine, though.

It was very nice and peaceful. A local sweet elderly woman showed us around. There was the language barrier but we understood what she meant.

A contrast to some of the larger touristy shrines we've visited - we were the only tourists there. The other attendees were all locals going about their regular worship, which was lovely and peaceful to observe from a respectful distance. I might not venture out to Shinagawa especially to see this, but if you find yourself in the area, it's worth a look.

If you are in Shinagawa, do spend some time coming here. Very quiet and lush green surroundings.
Peaceful and serine atmosphere.

not an elaborate shrine, on a hill. Unusual distinct features such as a narrow, circular and 'dangerous' stairway leading to a high concrete platform with a view overlooking Shinagawa area.
