Yes, an average sort of big hotel, with tourists n business travelers. Easy access from the JR shinjuku station, although kind of confusing when you reach the station. Take the east exit, then rather get lost I the underground passages, go up to the open, and walk straight down. The hotel is not quite facing you, but should be relatively easy to spot from the ground level...
Ask around if lost, no one will come to your aid otherwise..
Hotel is nice enough, and lots of restaurants n convenience stores around! 24 hr convenience!
