This hotel is perfectly located - it takes you just 5 minutes to get to the Shinjuku Station from where you can go to most places in Tokyo as many subway and JR railway lines pass it. The hotel is at the edge of the "red light" and gambling district Kabuchiko which is "alive" 24 hours and so it may get a bit louder at the hotel. Anyway, you are in Tokyo and not a rural town... The surroundings of the hotel is safe and it is no problem to walk there at night. There is a shopping mall in the same building.
The rooms are small but clean and modern. The staff are very helpful and friendly though they struggle with English... If it is your first time in Tokyo, don´t hesitate and book this hotel - it is good value for money - could be compared to a better IBIS in Europe....More
