Stayed here for one night before our flight out of Japan. We were given a room on the first floor, close to elevators and foot traffic. When I asked for a change in room, I was told that is the only one for the room type I booked, although my rooms in other parts of Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka were much better for the same, if not lower price. The reception people were not particularly friendly/helpful.

Breakfast was not good, with scrambled eggs very watery and limited other options for a North American. Fortunately we were there for only about 9 hours.

Regarding the placement of the room you stayed in, it was possible to relocate you to another room if there was any vacant room.
However, there was no vacancy on that dates, unfortunately.

I stayed in January and the hotel was clean and cozy. It is located in a great area with access to markets. Also, close to the subway line which makes it convenient to travel to downtown. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and feature all needed amenities.

One night only. Clean, modern, decent sized twin bed room, quiet and near local shops and restaurants. Efficient check in and out. Used the shuttle to get to the airport at 0620, spare seats on the minibus at that time - a bonus saving the walk back to the station. We ate at local restaurants so can't comment on the food. No negatives at all from us.

No one advised us how to use the shuttle bus from the airport, before the departure.

It took about 5 to 10 minutes walk from local line train station. On the walk way you could find some stores (7-eleven, Lawson, Tsuruha Drug... etc.) and restaurants for daily amenities and foods. The area was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel had modern facilities. The staff was not impassioned.

It was environmental friendly that the daily amenities (mainly for faces and teeth) were collectively provided in the lobby in preference to every room.

The room is tidy and clean. The hot water supply is stable. The quality of hand wash, shampoo and body wash were nice. Enough number of hanger. It could be perfect if the room temperature could be warmer.

Room tip: If you need to minimise the distance between lobby and room, you may not request quiet room.

The is a newer property and we found this after failing to book either of the hotels at Haneda Airport. It is within walking distance to the Anamori-Inari station on the Haneda Airport Line. The hotel provides a free shuttle in the morning to Haneda Airport every 20 minutes on a first come first serve basis.

We selected the deluxe family room. Very good size that could easily accommodate 4. In room safe and a fridge is included. The bathroom has a bath tub. And vending machines on every floor. WiFi is free and decent. The bed is just nice with a choice of pillows provided.

The property has a restaurant on site although there are also various restaurants outside. Especially as you make your way towards the train station. There is also a gym on level 5 although we didn’t try it. There’s also a laundry room.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently close to Haneda Airport. This should be a choice if you have an early flight to catch. A Family Mart convenience store nearby is an another plus.

Check in and out were swiftly and efficiently done. We caught the 6:40 am shuttle to the International Terminal and was there by 6:48. It’s a busy airport and we are glad we got there early as there were long lines through security and immigration. And don’t forget to leave your tax free forms at customs between security and immigration.
