Wanted to stay here for a long time to experience the amazing art inside the artist rooms but to my surprise this floor is actually a club floor with complimentary breakfast of pastries and coffee and evening drinks. It is well located to a train station but not many local eateries near by. The staff were incredible. All guest rooms are non smoking which is a bonus for Japan but they do have a very funky smoking room if it's needed.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights and I will go back if I am ever fortunate enough to visit Tokyo again! Everyone was very helpful to us English speaking travel’s. The view, location, service and room were all great and comparable rooms I researched were double the cost so the value for dollar is what puts this location over the top. If you want a nice place with an amazing view over Tokyo stay hear!

We stayed at the end of our honeymoon and were really happy with the hotel. It’s a very convenient location, the staff are superb meaning excellent service/hospitality, good breakfast, amazing views. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in the Park Hotel for 9 nights with our family of four (two small children). We really enjoyed it and I would definitely come back.

At the top of a tower on floors 25-34 the views over the city are great. In particular Mount Fuji can be seen (on less hazy days) which looked beautiful with the sunset. Most days were too hazy but for a few days it just appeared looming so large in the background we were amazed we hadn't seen it before.

The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Ginza district with upmarket shops, the imperial palace and a few gardens and temples. It is a few minutes by train from Tokyo station where many of the Shinkansen run from.

The hotel is part of a large complex and initially finding it amongst the maze of walk ways and underground tunnels is quite hard - make sure you have the directions from the website if you arrive by train. You quickly get used to finding your way round. The complex is very well connected with both various underground lines and also the Japan Railway lines (our three year old loved that you could see Shinkansen every few minutes down below).

There are numerous small places to get in the connected towers (there must be 20-30 different small restaurants). We went to a few of them and they were quite good and relatively inexpensive.

The room we had was quite small which we understand is normal for Tokyo but it was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast buffet was included in our rate, there was a good range of mainly western style food with some of the items rotating on a daily basis to give some variety.

Unusually for an upmarket hotel there is a room with a couple of coin operated washing machines - very helpful for us as we could clean some of our baby clothes.

I would stay here again if I was in Tokyo again.

The Park is a wonderfully located hotel with iconic views of the city. Like many hotels in Japan, the rooms are fairly small and basic, but perfectly comfortable. Being so close to the rail station and an elevator away from the metro is a huge plus. The Artist rooms are great fun, though it is luck of the draw which one you will get. The bar is very expensive, but you're paying for a view of the Tokyo skyline and it was an event to drink there. I would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Tower view rooms are more expensive, I genuiniely preferred the opposite view over Shambashi Station
