This place is on the top floor of the Royal Park Hotel, above the TCAT and metro station - so easy access. The chefs work on the hot plate right in front of the diner. They use simple ingredients - fish, beef, vegetables - and bring out the taste very well. I had the "guest" set menu. Great value for really nice food, and lots of it too. A good range of sushi, beef, veg, miso, rice and pudding. My only criticism is that, at least for this menu, the service is a little too quick. But I was jet-lagged and, most likely, would not have lasted for a long, drawn out dinner!
