This is a fantastic budget hotel (just over $100 a night for two people including breakfast). The bed was super comfy. The room was small, but had a desk to work on (free wifi and wired internet) and we did okay. The bathroom felt like it belonged on an airplane, but the shower was just fine. This is not a fancy hotel, but it is comfortable and quiet and it is easy to get to all of the sites from here. The hotel is on a side street, so a bit difficult to find the first time, so make sure to have a printed map to guide you that marks, for example, street lamps or 7-11s. Breakfast was a mix of Western and Japanese. Rice balls and especially the boiled eggs were great. Can't beat it for the price and location.

Would not hesitate recommending staying here at all.
Bit difficult to find initially - 5 min walk from station
Room was clean
Room size was reasonable by room size in Japan (2 travelling)
Bathroom was clean and tidy (with all amenities provided - toothbrush / shaver / body wash, etc)
Location - great for all the usual tourist sightseeing very well connected via Kanda Station (Ginza Line / JR loop and Haneda Airport in 20mins no issues)
WiFi - no issues
Some really good local eateries close by.
Free breakfast is not to be missed!
Perhaps spend a bit extra if you want the space and book a triple (for two of you) - get's you more space if you are worried about that. If not, it is a great hotel to get your head down after a day out sightseeing or a night out :-)
Overall - great budget hotel!

Hotels are expensive in Tokyo so Comfort Hotel Kanda is a gem. But if you are on the tall or big size, you're better off skipping this. My group is just average size so Comfort Hotel was fine. It's very clean, they serve a decent breakfast, and the free wifi signal is strong.

To get to the hotel, we used our JR Pass on the Yamanote line and we got off at the Kanda Station. Use the East Exit and cross the street in front. Then turn right. A few meters, turn left to a side street that is between Family Mart and Mizuho Bank. Walk straight until you reach a block just before the last street. Turn left. On that street, you should be able to see the signage of Comfort Hotel.

Second time here! A bit over $100/night including breakfast! Staff has some English…and is eager to accommodate. Breakfast buffet is very satisfying. Rooms are cozy, but a bit larger than some. Written directions provided for the five minute walk to the hotel are not easy…..however…the tobacco shop clerk used his cell phone to provide a map….
Walk out the EAST exit….go directly across the street making a slight left into the street that comes in at a diagonal to the main street just crossed…a few steps and turn right into a small street. Follow this street to a " T " intersection. Turn to the left and view the nine story hotel on the right.

Room tip: The staff will understand English best if it is slowly spoken and/or printed on paper.

Very nice, comfortable stay, clean rooms.quiet environment, complimentary breakfast adds to experience.
Only things is rooms are small but thats common in Japan for budget hotel.
Also as this hotel is in main area, to maintain privacy you should not open window curtains.

Room tip: free breakfast, nice budget hotel, quiet environment
