Booked last minute for something different to do, it was great! We did all three activities and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Josh was great and gave advice on how to improve. Would Highly recommend this for anyone looking for something a bit different to do!

I rang up to book the medieval trio course for two, and even though they normally have a minimum group size of 4, they where still happy to accomodate us. Ken was very helpful in helping us with the booking and provided very useful directions to the site.

The session itself was a total blast. Josh was a great instructor, personable, patient and informative. The time flew by and 1pm arrived before we knew it. At the end of our "official" session, Josh offered us the opportunity to try a few rounds of field archery, which was great fun and I would also reccomend when they start offering that activity.

Definintely follow the reccomendation to wear sensible footwear, and accept that mud might happen, and listen when they talk about safety. They arent kidding when they say those axes can bounce wildly.

The time went quickly which is a good sign we enjoyed it. You can mix up your experience as there are no time slots for each activity. You are shown what to do and then free to enjoy the activities on your own. For me, I loved the axe throwing and crossbow.

Our company booked the one hour archery target practice and then the archery tag session to follow.

Josh and Ken were really patient with us and coached us through the target practice no matter what level any of us were ( there were 16 of us!). The archery is held in a really lovely woodland, which made it a great escape from the office on a Friday afternoon!

Refreshments and a toilet were provided so it didn’t matter that we were in the middle of the woods for hours  .

The guys mixed up the events for us and made sure there were a range of activities for everyone in the second session. The archery tag was so much fun and everyone loved it.

I'd highly recommend it for any group event!

I want to give the axe throwing a go next!

Visited as a group of seven on a stag weekend. We therefore had high expectations as we wanted everything to go well as the weather had already given us several set backs. We were not disappointed as the afternoon was fantastic. The guys running the activities couldn’t have been better. They covered safety informatively but not patronizing in any way and gave excellent advice well timed to help us do our best at all the activities. For thirty pounds each we had two and a half hours of archery, axe throwing and use of the crossbow. All were great fun and you had plenty of time to make good use of all three activities. Can’t recommend this activity centre enough and may well be going back in the summer to have another go in better weather
