It is 123km to the South from KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport). Known as the largest pine log resort in the Malaysia Book of Records, everything is totally different the moment you step into the place! As if you are being in the forest in the middle of the busy city

Stayed there during the New Year Eve. Nice resorts environment, nice landscape& pool, but there are few things make the guests less comfortable.

    1) The resort is very big, rooms are far from lobby. The buggy cars only send guests to rooms after checking in on first day, but unfortunately guests need to wheel their luggages out on the last day for checking out!

    2) Lots of mosquitoes

    3) Rooms not sound proof as they are made from logs. So it is very annoying & you can't sleep if you have inconsiderate guests staying next door or upstairs.

    4) Expensive hotel breakfast... Maybe they know well it's difficult to get food nearby, the town is far from the resort.

Once experience is good, but will not back to same resort for that price

We took the package deal during the last school holidays, December 2013. Hotel has nice and clean environment. Staff was friendly and great you whenever they see you. Facilities like karaoke is very expensive where they charged RM250 per hour with free flow of drink. Spa where steam/sauna room located not working when we were there. Gym look nice but limited choice. Children play room is nice, big and plenty of toys. Swimming pool was nice as surrounded with water fall but underneath the swimming, the rock very a bit rough.Games room is good to sit and relax with the wifi. Breakfast has many choices. Overall, a good weekend getaway for 1st timer to the log resort.

Room tip: Choose upper room if no children and don't need extra bed as more comfortable and less noise.

Was here for bootcamp. Hotel facilities were run down. The so call nice scenary was no where to be found. Staff here does not know what service means. I wanted to leave my luggage at the reception and was told that I had to go and leave it with the event organiser about 100 meters away. I told them that I would like to leave my luggage at the reception and get a luggage tag for it rather than leave it at the event organiser which does not seem to have a way of looking after my bags. The staff said "No Choice". Wow - for a service organisation - that attitude must be the worse of the worse. Food was bad at the hotel. Really bad. We then tried to order the local tea - Teh Tarik at the lounge. And what arrived was sweet milk flavoured with tea. If you dont want to ruin your holidays - this is a place to avoid.

Room tip: dont select one - avoid this place. But if you really have to select one - perhaps select one upstairs as the ceilings creak when someone stays above you
