Great Place Wondeful People Equals Memorable Stay

A warm welcome to my family on arrival. The family room was well equipped with ideal amenities and very clean. The food and service were excellent with help from pleasant staff who were always at hand to assist us.

Great service at the bar. Pool is very clean. My kids enjoyed their time at the kids club. The massage treat was theraputic. Thrilling animation team. Thank you to the team Gm Hillary, Bridgit, Peter, Vivian and the housekeeper who made our stay memorable.

I will be back for more fun on the beach.

Everyone was nice to us!

Room tip: Try the animation activities, the team is very good

The hotel staff were very friendly.

The General Manager Mr. Siele was always there to ensure smooth services.

Waiter Joseph aka Bush Man services were excellent.

Foods and drinks were well best.

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable.

Room tip: The hotel shoud provide fresh water for the Electric Kettle provided in the rooms.

Great service

Joseph aka Bush man is a really kind, efficient and hardworking guy…our time at the restaurant made the stay at Travellers worth it.

Day 1, there was a delay in getting the baby food (room service) but James (supervisor) stepped in and that didn’t happen again.

All in all, nice place!

Excellent service by 'Bushman'

This has been my best vacation so far. The hospitality from all the staff makes you feel at home. Oh and the food, very delicious. Our waiter known as Bushman, thanks so much!!!

I am definitely coming back to this place.

The best family resort in Mombasa

A very big thank you to Travellers Beach resort for the best holiday we've ever had in Mombasa. Went there for holiday with my family and we were celebrating my Mother's birthday. Check-in was very smooth and was welcomed with a glass of fresh juice. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Had a room with spectacular views of the ocean. The buffet was also amazing and to sum it all they did a surprise birthday song for mum while we were having dinner. I think it's the best birthday surprise she's ever had. She was pleasantly surprised. A big thank you to Mr. Hillary the general manager who coordinated everything for us and for a splendid job he's doing to keep the standards high and ensuring excellent services provided by his team. This is now my hotel of choice in Mombasa
